OK first up I should tell you I always delete all bids that don't start with my keyword because I find the auto bidding on here so offensive. So to prove you have read this project brief, you must start your bid with the word DUSTER or I will delete it.
My business works by getting contractors to invoice me in their details - name, company name, address, etc, hours worked, hourly rate, etc, and bank details to pay them at.
I then invoice direct to my client and have to put on my invoice all the same details, but at higher rates, different bank to pay, my company details, etc.
Sadly we often make mistakes when copying across, so I would prefer it if there was a Macro or similar to just auto replace all the details that need replacing each time, namely;
Replace the contractors details with my company details
Replace the contractor's hourly rate with the charge out hourly rates
replace the bank details of the contractor with our bank details
Replace the contractors invoice number with our invoice number
There are some other calculations the templates make that have to stay in, such as how the
To help explain this, I have attached 3 excel spreadsheets with apt names;
2 are examples of the templates as per how contractors might fill them out
3rd is an example of 1 of the templates after the macro is run, so showing my company details and charge out rates.
We do not want the contractors to be able to run this macro, it is for us to run I do not want the contractors to see what I charge them out at.
Of course MAcro is only 1 solution, if you have a different way of doing it then fine, its the result I am interested in.

Note: In the after macro file, though comment says Rate changed to 30GBP per hour, it has not been changed. Also, it is col K where rate is available and not col J as mentioned in note.
