eSports company needing our Member Participation Statistics spreadsheet calculations worked out. Want to be able to enter event results via a form and have them generate the content provided across multiple "categories/sheets". Some fields will auto generate based on "data" stored on one of the sheets. Validations will be required to make sure double up on content not added. Ability to add new "categories/sheets" to the spreadsheet in the future is a must. Have a document mocked up to give a better outline of the project. Needs to be completed no later than the 30th September 2017.

Hi: I have reviewed the attached Excel and have queries: 1) Sheets similar to MEMBER (FM7 XBOX) will be created for all games? 2) These sheets will be created only at member level but not team level?
