Excel Userform required for Printing various Sheets in workbook.

I have a Workbook with 60 sheets that need a userform created to manage printing of 53 of these sheets, 40 of the 53 sheets have conditional formatting depending on which of the 3 cells have 'X' in them. This is for First Count, Second Count and Final Recount.
For first count, cell text is shown. For 2nd and Final recount, cell test is hidden/White font so that counts do not show on printout.
What I'd like, but I'm open to suggestions on the Userform;
Vertical list of all 53 Sheets with 3 Radio buttons next to sheet names indicating 1st, 2nd and final counts.
To the Right of the 3 Radio buttons a check value box for a bulk print selection
To the right of the Check value box, a field to enter how many copies you want to print
To the right of the # of print copies, a Button which prints the Sheet concerned for that line, conditional formatting applied before printing dependent on which radio button is selected.
User Interface workflow requirement;
The user to click a PRINT button on the SUMMARY page, Userform opens up and the options show up so that they may reprint one sheet by selecting which count they want the sheet to print with, selecting how many copies, then the print sheet button.
If the user wants to bulk print sheets, they tick the boxes they want to print then click BULK PRINT.
