We gather our large wearables orders into an Excel spreadsheet (see attached for sample). One customer per row. Each column is a separate item.
Currently, we manually create a packing list for each of those customers. The packing list shows the customer name, the items he/she has ordered, as well as the item size and quantity.
We would like to automate this process to save time and minimize data entry error.
The packing list is currently a PDF file but this can be changed to any other file if it is easier (as long as the packing list can be printed individually for each customer).
I am attaching the following 3 files:
* The Excel spreadsheet showing a sample order.
* What the packing list should look like for the first customer.
* I'm also including a blank packing list.
