Complete My Excel Spreadsheet

Hello... I input and evaluate my stock trade information on a weekly basis. Each week I need to look at what I did over the week and note what I did right and what I did wrong. I created a spreadsheet and put in some formulas. I need someone to modify, correct and implement the below items. I also need some of the existing formulas fixed. I also need a multi page input form to update the sheet and I am open to any suggestions to improve the spreadsheet. I would like to protect the cells with the formulas and delete the surrounding cell that Are not being used. I need the following: Cell B: Automatic number.
