Hi, I'm an expert in web automation and also have knowledge of real estate portals (MLS here in the US but I expect things to be similar in the UK) Provided that the portal are accessible via a web interface, I can write and run scripts to extract data from the portals. As we are talking a large volume I will need to get access to the portals and make some tests in order to get a better idea of the completion time frame. Indeed some sites will "throttle" requests when too many come in a short time. There are several ways of working around it, the easiest being to adjust scraping speed to what the site can bear.
