Busy Entrepreneur Looking for Awesome Assistant

I am a busy entrepreneur looking for what I would like to be a long term relationship with a really sharp virtual assistant. You MUST be expert in Office 365, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel. The responsibilities will fall into two categories: Routine on going work (email management, scheduling, travel arrangements) and project based. We are a consulting and executive coaching company so the following are “must haves”: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Availability and set up (broadband internet connection) for zoom calls. Available for telephone calls with me as needed (or zoom calls) Experience in working in a professional services environment (consulting, law firm, advertising agency)—in other words in an environment where you have supported managers or executives in fast paced, client centered, “no room for mistakes” environment. Must bring strong skills to the table: In other words, you will need to be able to tell me what kind of systems, processes you have in place to manage the aforementioned tasks. Please do NOT ask “how would you like for me to do it?” We will start on a paid project basis and if we mutually agree it’s a match this could become a long term relationship.
