Business Accelerator Program

I want to build a tool that accountants can use with small business owners. I'm not technical minded so I'm not sure if it is just a macro or a fully developed program. Ideally I would like to make the tool password protected so they need to subscribe every year or make the program expire at intervals so they need a new password. Attached is the excel spreadsheet (see attached Profit Improvement Potential) that lets the accountant enter some financial data about the business (number of customers, average transaction value and frequency of transactions) and then enter some future projections for these figures. The excel spreadsheet then calculates the financial impact of these changes including: a) the increase in business profit and b) the increase in business value (based on a multiple of profit). The excel spreadsheet also generates some graphs that quantify the profit improvement and business valuation improvement by making these changes . What I want is a tool that lets the accountant enter the current and projected numbers using the formulas already in the excel spreadsheet and they then populate a standard letter of advice that is attached (Profit Potential). On the attached letter with the graphs built in I think the look of the graphs could be improved and I have attached samples to illustrate this. I assume you will be able to unlock the spreadsheet to extract the formulas and then make the key numbers and graphs feed into the word document. I'm also thinking we could have a section at the start where the accountant enters the client name, their firm name and contact person (who will be the signatory on the letter of advice) that also filter through to the word document. A have no idea on how many hours this will take but I welcome your queries and input.
