1)Automate ppt report from data in excel
=>Ok.
2)Each report ...
=>Ok, What data of Recruitment you have in your Excel ? Do you have any existing Excel spreadsheet or manually written data so I can design database reports in ppt for the same.
Can provide the sample of excel file, Is the format of excel is fixed ? how many types of formats you want to use ? Is there any unique field in the excel so that we can understand duplicate values.
3)I would like to..
=>Ok, in which platform are you interested to work either Microsoft Access or Microsoft Excel ? let me know your preference. I would recommend Microsoft Access, this being more robust, secured that Microsoft Excel. We can create ppt file based on Access Report. By merging data from excel and/or images or graphics we can create report. This report if we print to a PDF printer, it will generate PDF file.
