Company Description: Kano Consultants engages in consulting with the energy and power industry. This includes Oil and Gas upstream and downstream businesses, electric power from generation to distribution. We provide data analytics, engineering assessments, and custom software development. Job Description Summary We are looking for a junior Admin Assistant and Data Entry Specialist . • Manage and maintain files on Office 365. This includes MS Sharepoint. • Work with business owners to set up meetings with clients and partners • Data entry in Excel • Update accounting info in Quickbooks and payroll system • Person must be eligible to work in the USA • Web design experience a plus • Prior experience drafting reports in word a plus Skills • Strong knowledge PC skills • Strong knowledge of MS products: Excel and Word • Communication skills Location: Work remotely but person must report to the office twice a week in San Jose, California
