- Serve as the lead point of contact for all pick up requests/ account management matters - Answers all incoming emails, phones calls, & texts for pick up requests - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Negotiate fees and close agreements to maximize profits - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs for pick up requests - Assist with challenging pick up requests or issue escalations as needed - Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role - Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) - Experience delivering client-focused solutions to the customers pick up needs - Proven ability to juggle multiple pick up requests at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Must be native in English - Must be able to work on Eastern Standard Time (USA) - Prefer someone who is in USA but not required

Hello! First of all congratulations on making your business very successful. I am a veteran call center agent with over 9 years of experience with a C2 Level of English Grammar and Vocabulary. I worked from the bottom as an agent and was promoted as a QA & Workforce for both Bluestem Brands(Blair, Bedford Fair & Old Pueblo Traders) and 1-800-Flowers campaign which is an inbound campaign that includes working sales, technical support, customer service, e-mails and chat support. I also took calls for Real Estate & Timeshare for 3 years and therefore I am pretty much experienced with regards to appointment setting/cold calling/B2B & B2C/Lead Generation. I'm also fast and accurate in typing and as a workforce, I'm used to sending all sorts of reports using excel which I use to do Data Entry jobs and Typing jobs. As QA I have developed my skills further, teaching agents both new and old how to handle their calls better with regards to technical support, how to handle Irate customers professionally, sales strategy and rebuttals and most importantly providing excellent customer service. I have experience in Zoho CRM and the basics of HubSpot as I have only worked on the free version of this CRM. I have worked as a Key Account Manager for 3 years for a security company and 8 years as an Export Manager. I am able to use all MSOffice programs and I am able to work in EST. If I am given the basics relating to processing and pricing, I can work autonomously and close deals. I am a native English speaker and have more than 20 years of general business acumen in all fields. I can send through my resume if required.
