Lucy Security AG vertreibt Software für den B2B Bereich, mit welcher Mitarbeiter hinsichtlich ihrer Sicherheitssensibilisierung getestet (z.B. Phishingsimulationen) und geschult werden können. Durch unsere Marketingaktivitäten kommen via Email/Web täglich Anfragen zu unseren Produkten herein. Ihre Aufgabe wäre es, diese Anfragen zu verwalten. Daneben müssen auch bestehende Kunden gepflegt werden. Zu den Aufgaben zählen: - Koordination der Produkte Demos via Webmeetings (z.B. Cisco WebEx) mit internen Mitarbeitern - Erfassung der Leads in webbasiertes CRM (z.B. Pipedrive) - Kommunikation mit dem Kunden (primär via Email) auf Englisch und Deutsch - Customer Success Messung: aktives kontaktieren der bestehenden Kunden via Email und Bedürfnisse erfassen Sie müssen ein gewisses Grundverständnis von Informatikleistungen mitbringen, Englisch und Deutsch perfekt beherrschen und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden haben.
