Real estate professional is seeking a self-motivated and proactive administrative assistant who has the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities and has excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational skills are required while maintaining a high ethical standard and ability to work with confidential information. Assistant must be fluent in English and will be responsible for managing and scheduling appointments.
