Required Skills:

Deliverables:
Organizing our database of files and reviewing note submissions to check if they meet our quality standards.
- identify new submission and search name of contributor
- group files together based on contributor and course
- conduct a quality assessment of the course material including assessment of the format, content, and completeness
- sorting files based on quality and if possible finding information about contributors
- tagging files in drive based on course code
- coming up with an organizational strategy to keep track of our database of files
- I speak, read and write English fluently and have about 20 years of work experience doing similar work.
- I have created various organizational strategies to keep track of their database of files.
- A simple and effective system to find where files are located is what is required.
