Personal English Tutor

FOR YOUR INFORMATION ABOUT THE EMPLOYER AND JOB OVERVIEW (Please read intently) I am an Ophthalmologist and the owner/director of medical devices distribution company in Yilan County, Taiwan. Basically, there are 6 members in my family. Me, my wife, a daughter turning 2 years old, a son turning 6 years old, an Indonesian who takes care of my daughter, and a Filipina who is the nanny/tutor of my son and does house chores and helps in international business management. Sooner this year, we will have our third baby. I want to hire a resilient and well-educated person who could help and be with our growing family. My son and I both speak English and English communication skill is very important and essential here. You should have the ability to speak English fluently with neutral accent. The main job here is to accompany and tutor either my son with his academics (or my daughter later) and teach him basically with everything a kid should know. Aside from that you'll also be responsible for international business management, mainly online management. You'll also do house chores, but other helpers would cooperate with you if they have time. Because of our tight family schedule and privacy, it is inconvenient for you to have a day-off during your stay with us. You will instead be given a 2 weeks vacation every year to go back home to the Philippines and we will shoulder the ticket cost. You'll have internet access when you get here and you are free to use the internet to contact your family and friends at home. You will not be treated just as an employee just because I'll be paying you for your work. We will be living together so you will be treated like family, just like a sister. I will respect you and will never look down on you. We both stand on the same level, the only difference is our responsibility. I am responsible to protect my whole family, including you. Your responsibility is to help me as best as you can. PS: *This is a work abroad and when you pass all screening, you will process documents with an accredited POEA agency. If needed, we will also provide a paid 2-week work trial. You will be paid PhP10000 for that work trial + tickets will be refunded and that would be as a tourist to Taiwan.
