Hello,
we run a evening dress wholesale label from germany and have some customers in UK and other european countries. We need your help to support our customers on the phone. There are not many calls maybe 3-10 per week. Usually our customers have questions regarding payments or about theire orders so the calls are short and about 3-5 minutes in most cases. We will assist you with everything and teach you what to say to them. Also we need your help to call customers about over due invoices.
So we would need your help to call our customers back or maybe even accept phone calls. We will pay you per phone call or a fixed amount per month. We can talk about this and im sure we will find an agreement.
- You should be speaking perfect english
- You should be flexible and in optimal case be working from home in home office so you will have time for some calls during normal european time zone office hours.
