We're looking to hire a French and German native, or native in one of both languages and fluent in the other. You should be able to answer mails, phonecalls (availability during working hours), and to call people that asked for information by phone. You do not have to call around blindly. Our customers sometimes request to call them for additional info. All info on our products can be found on our site. We sell cushions, so it's not rocket science either. But you should be able to understand the basics (when and how to use different foams an fabrics) and translate this info to the client.
