connection to the Indian farmers

We are a young American-based startup and our major goal is to connect farmers directly to the final customers (usually restaurants in the USA). By making this connection we give customers a lower price and give farmers a higher pay for their work. We are hiring representatives around the world who will connect us to the best small farmers in their countries and maintain this connection. Currently we are looking for representatives in India specifically, because we are interested in paprika production in India. We are paying 15-20$ on each farmer that you will bring to us who will decide to make a deal with us.
