I am assuming its an adsorption phenomena in porous media anyways Few comments:- Using 4th order runge-kutta? I am also assuming its not a finite volume method then ( which is also kind of strange). What scheme (for discritization) did you use by the way for your simulation ? If your problem includes absorption, fluid flow in porous media, phase change then you must have Darcy law for fluid motion. Moreover TDMA is most used numerical method used for finite volume method after multigrid method. If you think I am the right guy for your work. Then discuss further in chat.
