I am a Mechanical Engineer I am passionate about FEA and engineering design. I love engineering calculations and computer aided simulations. I have done 7 projects on Freelancer 1) Assembly and Simulation of robotic arm using Catia 2) Editing and Assembly of Pill Dispenser and its parts using SolidWorks 3) Design, Assembly and Rendering of Breeding Box for Parrots using SolidWorks 4) Design the mould die for an MS sheet metal ring using SolidWorks. I also sourced the ring from a local manufacturer. Cad drafts and 3d model of the ring and die was also produced. 5) Design of Lock Project postponed by client 6) FEA of Crutcher, fea failed after the longest fea running for 14hrs 7) Design & FEA analysis of the die & punch for a given bathtub using SolidWorks. Design calculations were done to find the blank holder force & Maximum drawing Force & Bathtub was modified. These values were used to find parameters of die & punch & sheet metal. Used Reverse Engineering module and used sketch tracer module. So it will be possible to load jpg files into the software and construct 3d surfaces and models I use a third party cad conversion module. It can batch convert cad files, so it is easy to provide stl,step,igs,pdf,jpg,dwg,dxf,3mf,parasolid binary,sldprt,catprt etc 3mf,stl,step,igs are 3d printing formats
