I can do the following for your project. 1. Simulate the casing using Transient Structural Solver. 2. Couple it with transient thermal to study the heating effects with along structural loads. 3. The results obtained will be concentrated loads that will lead to failure, design life, fatigue etc. 4. A finite element model will be generated using best engineering practices in order to obtain results with accuracy. The model will be developed using ANSYS Workbench v19.0 or 19.1 according to client requiremtents. The analysis scope is: Thermal Analysis: An steady state thermal analysis will be conducted in order to obtain an adequate temperature gradient on the engine case. All thermal conditions should be provided by client according to project requirements. If not enough data is provided, a simplified proposed model could be used in order to obtain an approximation to real temperature distribution. Stress Analysis: A linear static analysis is conducted in order to obtain displacement, strain and stress distribution, taking into account the thermal expansion due to non uniform temperature distribution. Additional mechanical load could considered and shall be indicated by client. Deliverables: -ANSYS Workbench files with analysis indicated in scope. -A technical brief report with results in MS Word (*.docx)
