I can design a system for you that can receive digital and analog inputs and that can output SMS and Email alerts when triggered. I have done this in SCADA systems for several municipalities that need to monitor things like water retention and rainfall from remote locations. I will specify the parts and put together a set of design drawings with wiring details in AutoCAD. I can deliver in PDF, and DWG formats. I have 19 years of expereince in the Consulting Engineering industry as an Electrical Engineer and am currently consulting in four countries for various control applications such as yours. As I understand you need a system design and not a PCB component design. I would like to work on this project for 8 business days and deliver complete to you. If there are an extraordinary amount of I/O points that need monitored I may request a little more time just to be sensible in quality control. Please contact me to discuss details. Dear Sir, I'm new to freelancer, but have high qualification and can propose you the best conditions depending on your requirements. I can do this fast using widely used modules, for example such as Arduino + SIM800L GSM module. It will take 4-5 days.
