Looking for a freelancer to help us with backend customer support via email
$8-15 USD / ora
We need help with two current processes:
(1) Completing restaurant reservation requests
- Requests come in via email that needs to be monitored at least once a day (including weekends / all time zones). Average 12 emails per week.
- The customer service rep fulfills the restaurant reservation request on the restaurant website or via phone (whichever channel is available).
- If the restaurant reservation isn't available, the customer service rep will email the customer with other options based on the preferences the customer indicated in the email (i.e. location or time)
(2) Completing hotel offer requests
- Requests for hotel offers come in via email that needs to be monitored at least once a day (including weekends / all time zones). Average 60 to 70 emails a month.
- The customer service rep takes the information from each email and fills out a form in our backend system called Lobby, which enables hotels to fulfill the requests.
We are willing to train the customer service rep on both of these processes.
