I can work if you make this project as longterm. I have experience on VHF transceiver building in practical also digital data transmission. For testing this device we need a high tower antenna to test. I have experience on using Arduino UNO/MEGA board but we think it not necessary to transmit digital data. 15+ years of experience on Computer Language and Digital Electronics.
