Induction heating 1) Flat coil ( capacity 2 kw) 2) Need to run continuslly, need proper cooling for board and coil 3) Need to adjust frequency of current 4) Max thickness of material is upto 2 mm (min 1 mm) 5) For heating mild steel, stainless steel and alloys 6) Need to control with Arduino , with watts and time frame (option to increase and decrease watts along with time ) 7) Need Arduino and manual control also , 8) Need completed design and components sourcing and (alternative similar components details available locally 9) Min distance between coil and source of heat is 10 mm , 10) Coil design for one single coil and multiple coil with same out put of single coil also to be made
