90 degree audio phase shifter for a wide range of frequencies (IQ)

I want to use a Hilbert transformer to produce a constant 90 degree phase shift over a band of frequencies. The delay block matches the delay corresponding to the delay in the Hilbert transformer. In practice, a Hilbert transformer is approximated by a phase difference network in which the two outputs of the phase-difference network track each other over a band of frequencies with a constant 90 degree phase shift with unity gain at all frequencies. frequency range from 10hz to 15khz I would like to use a raspberry pi Zero and have an embedded program, if this is too difficult i would be okay with using a OS such as Raspbian etc.. i would prefer to have the program start on boot up and run the phase shift program, Also i would like to a touch screen with a GUI that can be used to change values of the HP and LP filter and select AM,LSB,USB also audio routing and one digital line described in block diagram. For audio interface i want to use this part (TLV320AIC23B) or similar. i will need a schematic showing wiring connections from the pi to the TLV320AIC23B For the source code i would also like to have Descriptive comments to show the function of each block of code. I want to add a High and Low pass filter and then use a Hilbert Transform to give me the 90 degree audio phase shift and have it maintain a phase difference better then a tenth of a percent across the frequency range.
