Will design it in EAGLE. I do all my routing manually and never use auto router for routing the tracks so the outcome will be good quality design. I will check the DFM also so that the design is ready to be sent for manufacturing. I will also provide you centroid file for automated pick and place machine to understand and place the components. I can provide the tasks asked for. I do not understand meaning of adapter board. Arduino boards are automatically programmed through arduino software. I do not understand what you mean by pick and place files and board layout. Gerber files are used in manufacturing which i can give. Layout = schematic? Kinly clear the documentation part.
