Micro-Controller based LAN switch. We are looking for a simple circuit based on Micro-Controller system. The system will on LAN (CAT5 or CAT6 Cable). Compitable to Windows networking environment.
There will three simple 1W Relays. Your system will be the remote switch.
From Windows enviorment, we will be able to give command to switch any of the three relays. You have to develop an interface or OCX to be used in a VB6 application. From your OCX or interface VB6 project, we will be able to detect the system and switch the relays of that specific device. Meaning, the system you will develop, many of them can be used on the network. Each may be defined by IP.
The system will run in VPN or LAN not Internet.
We need you to develop the system in send us the physical system with codes and backup info for production of more of same system.
Please remember number of such system will be activated in the network at the same time. So, Network identification should be there to locate each system before switching it's relays.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
The interface will run from Windows XP/Server environment but at the same time it has to be compitable to VB6. The main project has been developed in VB6. So, the interface will be a part of it. Any other info, just let us konw.
