Upper limb prosthetics technical service

Motorica - Russian prosthetics company ([login to view URL]). This summer we are planning to launch our services in India, with local Prosthetic partners. To provide full-coverage service in India, we are looking for a technical partner, who will provide technical service for our products (robotics and mechanical prosthetics devices). In general technical service procedures consist from the next steps: 1. Diagnostics of the malfunctions. 2. Repair prosthetic modules if possible (change some mechanical parts, software update, soldering of electronic modules, etc.) 3. Change the module, if repairing is impossible. 4. Final check of prosthetic device with our reglament procedure. For the first test case we need to repair malfunction in two exhibition examples of our Manifesto robotic prosthetic arms, which are located in Bangalore. Assumed pipeline: 1. Go to pick up the products from the Bangalore clinic (or use local delivery services). 2. To pick up the parcel which we would send to your address. (new modules for the repair). 3. Zoom session with the Motorica engineers to identify malfunctions. (English or Russian speaking) 4. Replace the energy control module (simply remove 2 connectors and replace the module with a new one). We assume that this is the problem. 5. Check the power of the prosthesis. If everything is ok. The job is done. 6. If no - the service engineer takes the BT-connection module out of the parcel and connects it to the chain. 7. Enter the Android app and connect via Bluetooth to the prosthetic device to provide more detailed diagnostics. 8. Zoom session with the Motorica engineers to identify malfunctions. 9. Proceed with the Motorica engineer instructions and finish repair. 10. Send devices back to the Bangalore clinic. After this case we will consider further collaboration for all technical service issues in India with our prosthetic devices.
