Hi there. I've done several variations of compute module breakout / IO boards for various customers, and worked with CM1, CM3 and CM3L (including eMMC routing on the latter). Your budget is a bit low tho considering the parts you want on the board. Some things to keep in mind: you want 2 ethernets, but where is that going to come from? CM3 doesn't have native ethernet, so the method is the same used by raspberrypi, LAN9514 USB to 10/100 ethernet + combo USB hub. You want 7 USB ports, so I guess one way would be to have a USB > LAN9514 connection for ethernet #1, 3 ports for USB from that, and 4th downstream port going to upstream port of ANOTHER LAN9514, to provide 2nd ethernet port and 4 more USB. Do not expect to get great performance out of this configuration - all the traffic will be going through a single USB2.0 port on CM3. Anyway, having worked with LAN951x, I can definitely say that 4layer layout is *required* for this chip, as it runs quite hot on 2 layer. The rest of the stuff is not too complicated, but if you plan to run 7 USB ports with >= 500mA max, then you'll need a decently designed DC/DC on the input, probably spec'd to at least 5V@5A... Anyway, my bid is high but it does include sch+layout and delivery of an assembled board (minimum 2, 1 kept here for testing/debugging if needed), however the parts+pcb cost will need to be added once the project is under way. Payment after everything is delivered and agreed upon.
