PCB LAyout with specific impedance

Hello there, I have read your project description and I can help you with that. Unfortunately I don't work in Altium, but I do in KiCad and Eagle. I can provide to you calculation for any impedance you want to meet. Also regarding the temperature rise, that's variable that PCB designer tweaks, depending on how much power you want to waste trough heat you calculate trace width and thickness. Common practice is to keep temperature rise low as possible as excess heat can damage nearby components and also in extreme cases delaminate PCB and burn trace.
