PCB Designer needed

I need an expert to design PCB for a wifi switch panel. I have few details on what components to use which i will share with right contractor but i need second pair of eyes to go through them and correct them if anything is wrong. I need a complete design which i will provide to a PCB manufacturer. Please put word "PCB" on start of your quote or else i will ignore your quote as i have seen many automated quotes who dont even read the description of the project. Design ESP32 wifi based Capacitive Touch switch with proper hardware specification,Power Schematic diagram,complete circuit diagram with pin no [login to view URL] design should be cheap and best ,We are expecting good quality ,modular and extendable features should be included in the [login to view URL] need circuit diagram for each component and also It is a great idea to submit a Fabrication Print / Drill Drawing with every design package. It is best if this is supplied as a Gerber file, but we can accept this as a PDF or DXF This print should include a dimensioned board outline, graphic representation of hole locations with legend identify finished hole size, and pertinent fabrication notes.
