I am working in the field of Electric Vehicle for quite some time now. I have made MATLAB models of battery pack cell balancing and protection circuitry. Judging from the specification provided, I assume that you do not have a ready component list and schematic design. Having worked in the field, I know that this is not a 3-day task as suggested by some earlier bids. These are the tasks required for successful completion of the project 1.) Hi Mate, Firstly.....it is the battery suppliers responsibility to provide the PCB for you for power management when buying a completed battery. . Therefore I assume you are buying the cells yourself and want to assembly them yourself. I am based in Shenzhen China and I have almost 7years dealing with lithium ion batteries and can finish this project for you. Thanks Kevin
