I would like you to design a motherboard PCB. About the board: This motherboard will use a Raspberry Pi 3 compute module to operate. This board will add the following: Display connectors, video circuitry, Sound, Input peripherals, USB ports, safe shut-down circuitry, emergency shut-down circuitry, charging circuitry, bluetooth, latency circuitry. I need the board to output high quality sound so I will need you to find a sound chip. I need it the board to be less than 8mm in depth and preferably as thin as possible. Concerns I have for this project: Connecting and using the Samsung display. Finding a good low profile sound chip. Guidelines: 2 Elco connectors will be used to hook up the Samsung display. A Micro SD card will be used to boot the system. A USB type-C port will be used for charging the batteries and have access to the storage as well as debugging. 2 slide potentiometers will be on the board. There will be one on the left side which will adjust the volume and another on the right side that will be reprogrammable to operations such as screen brightness, screen contrast, video scaling, color, and CPU clock rate. Hello I did similar products related to raspberry pi before My Offer only includes PCB Design , i will not provide any Pi apps (but it is available if needed with more cost & time) What you get 1- Schematic + Layout + Production files (Gerber files) 2- BOM file & Supply Chain 3- Design consultancy if needed 4- Prototyping support & Production support (will guide you all the way to make sure there are no problems & to get the best market price ) I have few comments & i need to talk with you more to understand what you need * Pi 3 already supports Wifi & Bluetooth * If you need an Extra Bluetooth module why not use HC-05 it is more popular & cheap * Why need display connector & video circuitry , Pi 3 already have HDMI Outlet , Sound, Input peripherals, USB ports all in the PI as-well , for sound amplification it is a true need *safe shut-down circuitry , to have that you need a firmware on the PI besides the circuit is required , safe Power off only valid after PI shut down (It is a simple Pin flag to inform the circuit when to cut power) * For a solid Pi application , you need to make the SD card Non Writable , other wise it might crash at some point & you will need to re-flash it * Where is the 2 Elco connectors photos or links ? * What kind of screen you are going to use (PI 3 is able to operate almost all kinds of Screens through HDMI & it support certain types though serial communications as-well) I will be happy to offer you free consultation
