Double Circuit Board (PBC) for ESP8266 -- 2

I need a professional who can make quality double circuit board for ESP8266 for a prototype. The board will also be assembled with other accessories. The project will include a final finish assembled box. The list of parts and the circuit diagram will be provided. The bidder is responsible to create the PCB unit and then assemble all the parts to create the finish product. Once the finish product is successfully tested and met all expectation - functionally and the looks then only the project will consider to be completed and closed. Only high experience person should submit bids. No overseas but US only please. Contact with your prior similar work experience.
