Hi, I've developed similar software for Arduino projects like this one including line following robots and networked IoT sensor arrays, and should be able to comfortably complete the project within a week of work. Prior to confirming the project I would prefer to know exactly what the model numbers of the parts you're using are if possible are so I can verify my experience with your specific equipment, however I'm sure I'll be more than capable of completing the task defined. I also have experience with integrating Arduino projects with the Blynk interface via bluetooth(As well as WiFi and serial communication when necessary) for rapid and seamless development of smartphone controlled and monitored hardware projects, and can offer further advice on anything I think may benefit you on the hardware side of things.
