Hi, I guess I can design this board for about 5x5 cm, or even smaller. 2 layer is enough, and using small smd passive component, such as 0402 or 0603 packages. I will use Eagle to design this PCB. I have designed some RF based PCB before, and I know some of it's PCB design issue and how to solve it and make it work propperly. mostly about Antenna issue. Hi, I have a 5 plus years experience in developing several products. Two of them have been sent to USPTO by the owner. One is an a very interesting Mechanical product. I design on Autodesk Inventor, and have things prototyped from contacts in China. Their lead times are very good, I receive prototypes within a week until when I usually have designed a next design for second iteration. 3d printing, assembling, springs if needed, carving and electronics etc is all done by myself. I'm an electronics engineer by education, and do that and some coding also. I've worked on making robotics arms, 3d printers, home automation systems, and numerous smaller projects and have a few very interesting designs of my own also, ready for collaboration.

I can design schematic and layout for this module. I can also prepare user manual. Need to follow the design guidelines for bluetooth.
