Hi, I propose you to use two stage conversion. 1st stage. Use 36V/10A dc switching PSU. 2nd stage. DC-DC converter 36V to 0-30V, 10A, with optional constant voltage and constant current mode. It will be better so that you do not have to deal with high voltage conversion. For DC-DC converter, you should use phase interleaved buck converter, very easy to implement and control. I have several template design you might want to look.
