Arduino Dynamometer measuring RPM and Load cell

Arduino based RPM, torque from a load cell, temperature reader with calculation of power output. Has to measure up to 90,000 RPM, should be auto-calibrating and have a keyboard input plus display.

Data logging to be added as future requirement. High precision requested on both RPM and Temperature readings.

Has to be used in electromagnetic noisy environments and the readings should not be affected, so the prototype must be shielded.

Build and delivery of two fully working prototypes needed including optical RPM sensor and 10 kg load cell.
