Looking for eCommerce Business Manager for Our Drop Shipping Stores

This is a completely remote job but we may need in-person meeting once a while. We are planning to launch multiple Drop Shipping stores, looking for a business manager with project management experience to work with us in our startup business. We are looking to hire someone to help us with project management, working with suppliers and hire other freelancers as a team, communicating between team members and working on the administrative side of the business, so I can put forth more on scaling the business. What is common - missed deadlines, excuses, poor quality work...those "common" traits will not work in this organization. You should have enough knowledge about all the process (website designs, social media advertising, drop shipping, research, search engine, google ads, SEO, and .... ) to be able to control other employees. We need you to find, hire and assemble a remote team to handle all the works.
