Automate eBay listings through CSV

I have an existing eBay store and want to do the following on a regular basis:
- Bulk import listings with multiple images, HTML description, keywords, tags, categories and brands
- Update listings via CSV.
My items do not have a UPC/EAN code and I want this to work on a bulk upload basis. I want SOMEONE EXPERIENCED who has DONE THIS BEFORE. Please do not apply if you think you can solve it, I am looking for someone with a specific set of skills and experience, which is - Bulk uploading and maintaining listings on eBay with multiple images, HTML desc, keywords, tags, categories, brands and WITHOUT UPC/EAN/ISBN code.
I don't want this to be a manual job.
The scope of this job is to create a process that to bulk upload/edit/maintain said products with the metadata specified.
I have an existing CSV (attached) with all the information, as part of this job, you will tell me what changes need to be made to that CSV (document changes) so that it can be used to upload to eBay for adding bulk products.
I am open to third party solutions and if you have any experience with BigCommerce to eBay that will be helpful too. Please don't bid if you are doing this for the first time.
