Create a Drupal 7 Form

Need a multi-step form which uses current node fields to allow the user to: 1) Select a node from a specific content type (view multiple node teasers eg slider and select one) 2) Select specific field from selected node (view multiple images and select one) 3) Select another specific field from same node (view multiple images and select one) 4) Select product variation 3 (view multiple images and select one) 5) User enters contact details and message 6) User is shown submission 7) User is emailed PDF of submission 8) Client is emailed user contact details and link to PDF You must be very familiar with Drupal 7 forms (Entity Form), Rules, and PDF creation.
