I have gone through your requirements and I understand the problem you are facing while migrating from Dropbox to G-Suite.
I am on the same position two years ago when our company decided to move from Desktop (MS-Office, Windows) to Cloud (Google (G-Suite)). G-Suite is all new back than, but we took chance and I headed the project.
