House Extension Plans

About 27 years ago I used to live about 2.5 klms away from this site and worked as a plumber and Restricted Builder in the NQ area. Very high understanding of construction well in this area. My Bid includes 6 Leaf plans and no structural engineering costs. Based on the revised brief I can do a little less than first quoted, but maybe less if Soils and Geo test can be supplied. Based on a W50C (Region C - TC2.5 - FS) and a M Site class. Floor plans with Existing and New plans, 3 Elevations, 3 Sections and four 3D views. No specifications, or BOQ, but can supply window and door schedule if they can be specified by builder. Will require roof type, pitch and height of FFL off the existing ground. In addition to the above, my many years experience as a Plumber, builder and now a designer and 2 years studies in Architecture. Actual on the ground building experience with Mackay and cyclonic conditions and sound knowledge of the NCC, AS1684 and the Qld Building Act. Plans will be Revit 2018 and 3D renders available with the selected materials.
