MS Access table will have the following Project Name (Apples Project - Text) Project Manager Name (Jim Jones - Text) Status (On Hold, In Progress, Completed - Text) % Percentage Completed (Number, 20%) Action Items (Comments - Text) A) User should be able to filter by 1) Project Name, 2) Project Manager Name, 3) Status B) Once filtered if they would like to add action item (text comments ) C) One project (Apples Project for example) can have multiple lines of Action Items EXAMPLE Project Name Project Mgr Action Items Date Apple Jim Working on guide 08/12/2018 Apple Jim Test system 09/12/2018 Apple Jim Check on students 10/12/2018 Pear Susan Check grades 11/12/2018 Apple Jim Working on guide 08/22/2018 Apple Jim Welcome Kit 12/12/2018 Purpose of MS Access is to: 1) Allow user to see all program information (Project Name, Project Mgr, Status, etc.) 2) Keep track of or enter new action items 3) Add new projects to table for tracking, updates, etc.
