Set up a secondary DNS for my sites.

I have 15 years of experience in Linux server administration and PHP Programming. I can setup name servers in WHM. Then you need to change name servers of each of your domain to this new name server. WHM support name server clustering, if you need more dependency, that will need VPS to run more name server. But this is not really needed if you just need DNS working.
