Analysis a company customer acquisition using digital marketing strategies and tools

Hi and Good Day, What is required here is a complete digital audit & research. 1. Company research including competitors analysis. 2. USP unique value proposition of Company. 3. Persona creation ( customer ) 4. User stories & journey mapping etc 5. Digital Strategy including key performance indicators. 5. Digital Strategy improvements and impact on business. 6. Presentation as pdf, MSword, PPT. So basically what is required is a Digital audit and a Digital Strategy. Quite a considerable amount of work.
