Campaign payer website

We need a web site that is able to do campaign pay and have a data base that updates itself A mixture of drop ship items that ship directly to the customer and campaign items that several individuals can co-pay for a package. With the ability to update on status and have advertising spaces eg: for co-pay ; package 1 is 100 Can dollars client 1 registers with the website and pays $25 dollars and becomes the admin of the campaign then they send message via our web site to all the individuals who might be interested in donating. It then sends clients 2 through 10 an email. The email/text message sends them a secure message that includes a link to the web site and asked them to register as donor to that campaign.
