Social network analysis (Data science)

I have CSV files for classrooms, each file represent a class where each student give a degree (from 0 to 5) for all other students, 1and 2 stand for disliking, 4 and 5 stand for liking, while 3 is neutral and 0 don't know him/her.
I need to transform this data to a graph/network and count the numbers of different triangles (+++, ++-, ---) for each student (maybe should extract ego graphs first).
So, the final output that I need is the number of different triangles for each student as a data frame. if you use any language other than R, I need the output file to be readable by R please.
one file is attached, the others will be sent after agreement.
