Project Accounting Model

I am after someone that is good at excel and assist me in creating a model for Project Accounting. I am an accountant and am okay with excel but do not have the modelling skills that are required to do this task, In essence I want to download data out of SAP (happy to provide sample) and for some form of macro to run to format this data and also bring in data from other tabs (ie) Employee names, Project Names, Project manager names. The front page will hold a simple pre-defined layout and when my Project Manager opens the model he will be prompted to enter a project number and then the pre-defined layout be populated with his data (and some simple graphs). Hope this is sounding okay so far.... My next task is to then come up with a way for me either create many of these predefined layouts in different sheet so I can issue them out to people. (this bit is a nice to have but once we have completed the above) Okay... let me know what you need and if I am asking for the impossible though it seems possible to me at the moment.
